Fee Rules and Regulations
1. Payment and Enrolment
Full fee payment or the first approved instalment is mandatory to secure enrolment.
Access to the online learning portal will only be granted after payment confirmation.
All payments must be made online through the institute's authorized payment gateway.
Cash, personal cheques, or unauthorized third-party transfers are strictly not accepted.
2. Fee Structure and Validity
The fee paid covers course tuition, digital learning materials, and final certification.
It does not include external exam fees, physical textbooks, or optional software licenses.
Fees are valid only for the specific batch and course duration selected during registration.
Course access will automatically expire upon the completion of the designated course timeline.
3. Refund Policy
Full Refund: Available if a cancellation request is submitted by email within 48 hours of enrolment, provided no course content has been accessed.
Partial Refund: A 50% refund is applicable on the entire course fees up to 7 days from enrolment. However, if instalment method is implied entire first instalment fees paid shall be forfeited.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued after 7 days from enrolment and the institute’s decision shall be final and binding.
Technical Issues: Refunds will not be granted for personal technical issues, including poor internet connection or incompatible devices.
4. Course Deferral and Extensions
Applicants can request to batch-transfer or defer their course once per enrolment.
Deferral requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the batch starts.
A standard administrative deferral fee of $20 USD or ₹1,500 applies to all approved timeline changes.
Extensions beyond the standard course duration are subject to approval and additional weekly fees.
5. Taxes and Financial Liability
All listed course fees are exclusive of applicable government taxes and processing charges.
The applicant is solely responsible for any bank transaction fees or currency conversion rates.
The institute reserves the right to modify the fee structure for future batches without prior notice.
Extension Fees and Late Payment Penalties
1. Course Extensions
Standard Extension: Learners can extend course access by 30 days for a flat fee of $25 USD or ₹2,000.
Maximum Limit: A course can be extended once only (up to 30 days total).
Request Deadline: Extension requests must be paid and submitted 4 days before the original course expiry date.
Expired Access Reinstatement: If access expires before an extension is purchased, a $15 USD or ₹1,000 reactivation fee will be charged in addition to the standard extension cost.
2. Late Payment Penalties (For Instalment Plans)
Grace Period: Payment must be received within 3 days of the monthly due date.
Daily Penalty: A late fee of $5 USD or ₹200 per day will accumulate starting from the 1st day past due.
Portal Suspension: Access to live classes and online course modules will be automatically blocked if a payment is overdue by more than 3 days.
Account Reactivation: Suspended accounts require full payment of the overdue instalment plus accumulated late fees, plus a $15 USD or ₹1,000 restoration charges.
The above rules and regulations is the binding terms and conditions between 'Professional Teachers Training Institute and the applicant who has enrolled for the online courses with the institute.
